Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShopINdoor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

ShopINdoor is a marketplace platform, not a seller. We provide the infrastructure for independent vendors to list and sell their products. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by third-party sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for the accuracy and fulfilment of their listings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@shopindoor.com.ng if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You may not use ShopINdoor to: engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices; list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods; attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions; or use automated bots or scrapers without our written permission. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Sellers are solely responsible for their product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. By posting content on ShopINdoor, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without notice.

All transactions on ShopINdoor are processed through our escrow system. Buyer funds are held securely until the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery. ShopINdoor charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. Funds are released to sellers only after delivery confirmation or after the inspection window expires. Chargebacks, fraud, and payment disputes are handled in accordance with our Escrow Policy.

ShopINdoor provides a dispute resolution service for transactions conducted through our platform. Disputes must be raised within the inspection window defined in our Escrow Policy. Our mediation team will review evidence provided by both parties and make a binding decision. ShopINdoor's decision on disputes is final. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without liability to you.
